Your career-integrated Master’s programme is run by the Steinbeis School of Management and Technology (SMT) at Steinbeis University.
Your tasks: What you can expect
- Support and control of the target process (sales targets)
- Analyses, evaluations and data mining
- Coordination of campaigns
- Preparation & provision of customer data
- Continuous coordination with Sales & Marketing
- Elaboration and further development of KPIs
- Detailed area analyses, travel time zone analyses
- Coordination of 2nd level support
- Co-design and establishment of data protection processes
Your profile
What you bring to your project company:

Initial experience in customer service, sales and business development is an advantage

Good organisational skills, high customer orientation and commitment

Structured work and proactive problem solving

High affinity for analysis and data worlds as well as IT services and systems

Strong communication skills
Requirements for studying at Steinbeis SMT:

Very good to good Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable degree programme

Very good written and spoken German and English (at least B2 level)
