Your career-integrated Master’s programme is run by the Steinbeis School of Management and Technology (SMT) at Steinbeis University.
Your tasks: What you can expect
- Supporting project management in the area of quality, in ensuring quality objectives (including ESWFT/SWFT, sampling, quality approval)
- Preparing decision papers and monitoring the implementation of agreed measures
- Participation in the implementation of quality management approval for specific purchased parts
- Co-design of an automated digital KPI landscape by analysing existing Excel-based evaluations
- Preparation, moderation and follow-up of committees and the follow-up of agreed measures
Your profile
What you bring to your project company:
-
Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme

Practical experience, e.g. completed vocational training or Formula Student in a relevant position

Strong interest in automotive engineering and analytical skills
-
Very high level of commitment, initiative and ability to work in a team as well as confident handling of MS Office
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as high flexibility
Requirements for studying at Steinbeis SMT:

Very good to good Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable degree programme

Very good written and spoken German and English (at least B2 level)
