Your tasks: What you can expect
- Change Manager & AI Innovator: You are both a change manager and responsible for the development of AI topics for change management and PDx (product data management and CAx)
- Change manager: You are the main contact person for formal questions about change projects and carry out their review; as a committee manager, you are responsible for creating the agenda, moderating the change circles (ÄK) including the decision-making process and the formal, legal documentation of resolutions
- AI Manager: You manage various AI projects from the idea to implementation and analyse the success based on cost-benefit analyses
- Develop and implement AI solutions: You design, develop and implement innovative AI solutions to optimise processes and increase efficiency and implement pilot AI applications yourself or oversee their implementation
