Your tasks: What you can expect
- Management of the social media channels: Content creation and planning in German and English for all relevant HR Mercedes-AMG channels (including LinkedIn and Kununu) to reach our target group
- Organisation and implementation of recruiting events, university events and job fairs
- Participation in the organisation and implementation of new image campaigns, photo shoots and film shoots
- Support in the further development of the Mercedes-AMG employer brand (employer branding) and our Mercedes-AMG career site
- Writing articles for the internal social intranet
- Development (& programming if necessary) and implementation of AI-based HR processes/tools
- Analysing HR data to identify potential for improvement with the help of analytics tools
- Cooperation/exchange with our data scientists (IT department etc.)
