Your tasks: What you can expect
- Supporting the “Vehicle Dynamics, e-Drive and Electrics/Electronics Development” division management and the associated staff in day-to-day operations and in the coordination of cross-departmental and cross-divisional topics
- Independent organisation, prioritisation and assumption of tasks to ensure smooth processes in the management environment, including participation in the further development of workflows and communication processes as well as support in management communication
- Support and takeover in the timely preparation of management-relevant documents and presentations in close cooperation with the relevant departments
- Planning, organisation, preparation and follow-up of appointments, committees and workshops within the division and at management level
- Active participation and implementation in the optimisation of vehicle requirements management using the company’s internal FAST software
