As a strong partner in the field of project consulting, recruiting and further education, we, the Steinbeis Center of Management and Engineering (SCME), support you in your search for a suitable project company through to the successful application process. Your career-integrated Master’s programme is run by the Steinbeis School of Management and Technology (SMT) at Steinbeis University.
Your tasks: What you can expect
- Support in the planning, implementation and optimisation of digital campaigns along the customer journey
- Participation in cross-channel media planning, ad cost analysis and performance optimisation
- Development and maintenance of data-driven reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Collaboration in the evaluation and optimisation of channels, target groups and touchpoints
- Development of automated processes to increase the efficiency of our digital measures
Your profile
What you bring to your project company:
-
Ideally initial knowledge of digital marketing or data-based analyses (e.g. through internships or working student activities)

Interest in digital marketing, paid media, SEA, AI-supported campaigns and data-driven strategies

Good understanding of numbers, KPIs and performance correlations
-
First contact with tools such as Google Ads, Display&Amazon Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or Excel / PowerBI an advantage

Structured, solution-orientated and independent way of working combined with team spirit
Requirements for studying at Steinbeis SMT:

Very good to good Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable degree programme

Very good written and spoken German and English (at least B2 level)
