Starting your studies

Are you motivated and willing to think outside the box? You can get started with us as a Young Talent (Bachelor) or Young Professional (Master).

In the fellowship model, we recruit junior staff for companies who work on a project in the company according to their requirements profile. We use this model to bring companies together with their future specialists and managers.

  • Financed

    Tuition fees, travel and accommodation costs are partially or even fully covered by the partner company. The additional salary paves your way through your studies.

  • International

    You will attend exciting lectures at international partner universities of the School of Management and Technology.

  • Project

    With us, you don’t just study theory; the project is an integral part of your degree programme and is documented in your thesis.

  • Networking

    During your studies, you will benefit from the exchange with other students and the experience from other companies. Even after graduation, SCME offers you access to the large alumni network and the worldwide Steinbeis network.

  • Professionally integrated

    With the Project Competence Study Programme®, you put your newly acquired knowledge directly into practice in a company project.

Are you already employed in a company, but don’t want to take time off work for further training?

Then our Professional Education Programme offers you the opportunity to continue your education as a permanent employee of a company. You will continue to work on your company projects and at the same time complete a state-recognised degree at the School of Management and Technology, a business school of Steinbeis University.

    The structure of the training programmes is modular so that you can plan your studies individually. Modules not attended can be made up for in the next programme.
