MORE than just knowledge

Since its foundation, the Steinbeis Center of Management and Engineering (SCME GmbH) has stood for successful transfer and expert knowledge, for the recruitment of junior executives, for the needs-based further development of high-potential employees in the company and the implementation of over 4000 projects in the consulting sector. In doing so, we rely on three key pillars:

  • Research – Generate more knowledge.

    As the largest project centre in the Steinbeis network, the SCME develops new concepts and solutions on a daily basis. Partners gain access to scientifically sound trend studies, innovative ideas and expertise from over 25 years.

  • Education – Teaching more knowledge.

    In co-operation with the School of Management and Technology (SMT) at Steinbeis University, the SCME promotes the direct transfer of knowledge between the university and the company. While the SMT is responsible for teaching, the SCME is responsible for project identification and counselling.

  • Consulting – Apply more knowledge.

    The SCME offers comprehensive consulting in management and technology. The Consulting in Management and Technology division provides companies with exclusive in-house services for the further development of their corporate IT.
